By subscribing to a plan on our Website and/or providing credit card or bank (routing and account) information (“Payment Method”), you (“you”, “Subscriber”, “Member”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”).
1.1 Enrollment. You may enroll in one of our recurring subscription plans (“Plan”) as offered on the Website. Each Plan involves periodic payments (e.g., monthly, quarterly) that accumulate toward a physical precious metal product (such as a gold bar or coin).
1.2 Membership Fee. A one-time membership or initiation fee may apply, as stated on the Website at the time of enrollment.
1.3 Payment Schedule. You authorize RGG to charge your Payment Method the recurring amount (“Subscription Amount”) on the billing date you select or as otherwise set by RGG.
1.4 Accumulation & Shipment. Payments accrue toward your deliverable per your Plan. When your threshold is reached, RGG will ship the product to you (subject to applicable shipping, taxes, and insurance).
1.5 Cancellation / Pause. You may cancel anytime (see Section 5). Pausing may not be available.
1.6 Fee or Plan Changes. RGG may modify subscription fees, thresholds, or terms with at least [insert number] days’ notice. You may cancel prior to the effective date.
1.7 Default / Termination. If payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend or cancel your subscription and apply administrative or recovery fees.
2.1 Credit Card / ACH Authorization. By enrolling, you authorize RGG (and its payment processor) to debit your Payment Method for Subscription Amounts and any related fees.
2.2 Bank Routing & Account Information. By providing ACH details, you authorize automatic debits in accordance with your Plan until you cancel or complete the arrangement.
2.3 Security. Payments are processed through a secure third-party gateway. RGG does not store full credit card or bank account details on its servers.
2.4 Failed Payments. You remain responsible for unpaid balances and any associated fees.
2.5 Refunds / Reversals. Refunds are subject to Section 6. Unauthorized reversals (e.g., chargebacks) may incur additional fees and account closure.
3.1 Shipping. Physical metals will be shipped to your provided address once your Plan threshold is met.
3.2 Taxes & Duties. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or import/export fees.
3.3 Risk of Loss. Title and risk pass to you upon shipment to the carrier unless otherwise specified.
3.4 Lost or Stolen Shipments. Notify RGG within [insert #] business days of a lost or damaged delivery.
3.5 Storage Option (if offered). You may elect to store metals in an approved depository, subject to separate storage fees and terms.
4.1 No Investment Advice. RGG and its representatives do not offer personalized investment, tax, or legal advice.
4.2 Market Risk. Precious metals fluctuate in value; past performance does not guarantee future results.
4.3 Limited Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by Wyoming law, RGG’s liability is limited to the amount you paid under the subscription, excluding shipping or storage fees.
4.4 No Warranty. All products and services are provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied.
5.1 How to Cancel. Cancel through your online account or by written notice to admin@revelationgold.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
5.2 Cancellation Fees. If you cancel before your first shipment, a processing fee may apply to cover administrative and transaction costs.
5.3 Termination by RGG. We may terminate your account for nonpayment, fraud, or violation of these terms.
5.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, remaining balances may be credited toward your next deliverable or refunded per our discretion, less applicable fees.
6.1 Delivered Items. Once metals have shipped, all sales are final.
6.2 Before Shipment. Refunds may be available before shipment, subject to processing or market-adjustment fees.
6.3 Chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in account suspension and possible legal action to recover costs.
6.4 Market Volatility. Refunds are calculated based on prevailing market rates for precious metals at the time of processing.
7.1 Data Collection. We collect necessary personal and payment information to process subscriptions in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.2 Data Use. Your data is used for billing, verification, and compliance with anti-fraud or anti-money-laundering laws.
7.3 Security. RGG uses commercially reasonable safeguards to protect information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
7.4 ACH Rights. For ACH payments, you may revoke authorization by contacting your bank within the time allowed under applicable federal law.

We may revise this Agreement at any time by posting updates on the Website or emailing you notice. Continued participation after updates means you accept the new terms.
10.1 Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10.2 Venue. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, unless otherwise required by arbitration.
10.3 Arbitration. At RGG’s election, disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
10.4 Class Action Waiver. You agree not to participate in any class or representative action against RGG.
10.5 Attorney’s Fees. In any legal proceeding, the prevailing party may recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
