ACH Debit Payments – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern all ACH debit transactions made to Revelation Gold Group for the purchase of goods or services. By providing your banking information and authorizing an ACH payment, whether verbally or in writing, you consent to the electronic withdrawal of funds from your designated checking account by Revelation Gold Group in the amount agreed upon. You affirm that you are the legal owner or authorized signer on the specified account and that the account and routing numbers provided are accurate and current.
You understand that ACH transactions are typically processed within one to three business days, and that delays may occur due to weekends, banking holidays, or unforeseen technical issues. Once initiated, an ACH debit cannot be canceled or reversed. You acknowledge that the transaction is considered final once submitted for processing and that Revelation Gold Group will treat funds as cleared upon receipt.
In the event that a payment is returned or rejected due to insufficient funds, incorrect account information, or a closed account, you agree to bear any resulting fees, charges, or administrative delays. Such occurrences may result in postponement or cancellation of your order, and any applicable restocking or reprocessing fees will be your responsibility.
Revelation Gold Group disclaims liability for any losses or fees incurred due to incorrect information provided by you, delays in processing by your financial institution, or any bank-level technical issues. All ACH authorizations will be recorded and securely stored in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, and a copy of your authorization can be provided upon request.
By proceeding with an ACH debit payment, you affirm your understanding and agreement to these Terms & Conditions and accept responsibility for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the transaction.

Wire Transfers – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all payments made to Revelation Gold Group via bank wire transfer. Upon confirmation of your order, you will be provided with official wire instructions from Revelation Gold Group. It is your responsibility to ensure that these instructions are followed exactly, and that the funds are sent from a bank account registered in your legal name. You further agree to bear any bank fees, intermediary charges, or currency conversion costs incurred during the wire process, and to ensure that the full invoiced amount is delivered to Revelation Gold Group without deductions.
Wire transfers are considered final and irrevocable once processed by your financial institution. You acknowledge that, unlike credit card or ACH transactions, wire transfers cannot be reversed or disputed once they have been executed. Any attempt to recall or dispute a completed wire payment is prohibited, and you agree to indemnify Revelation Gold Group against any related claims or losses.
Payment via wire must be received within the time period specified on your invoice or order confirmation. Failure to remit payment in a timely manner may result in cancellation or repricing of your order due to changes in the precious metals market. You understand that time is of the essence in wire payment processing and that delays may lead to forfeiture of quoted pricing or other penalties as outlined in our sales policies.
Revelation Gold Group shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or errors resulting from incorrect information entered by you, transmission errors, or delays within the banking system. Furthermore, Revelation Gold Group reserves the right to reject any wire payments sent from unverified or third-party accounts. All wire transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention procedures. You may be asked to verify your identity or the source of funds before your order is processed. We reserve the right to report any suspicious activity to appropriate regulatory authorities.
By initiating a wire transfer to Revelation Gold Group, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and that you accept full responsibility for the accuracy, timing, and legitimacy of the wire transaction.

Cryptocurrency Payments – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all payments made to Revelation Gold Group using cryptocurrency. By opting to make payment via cryptocurrency, you acknowledge and accept that such transactions are processed on decentralized blockchain networks and are inherently irreversible once confirmed. Revelation Gold Group is not responsible for any fluctuations in market value of the chosen cryptocurrency before or during the transaction process, and all payments must be made based on the exact U.S. dollar value quoted at the time of purchase.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are sending funds to the correct wallet address provided by Revelation Gold Group. Any funds sent to an incorrect address, through the wrong blockchain network, or using an incompatible token or protocol are likely to be permanently lost and cannot be recovered. You agree to verify the wallet address and network protocol before initiating any transaction. Revelation Gold Group disclaims all responsibility for losses due to customer error, including mistyped addresses, incorrect network selection, or use of third-party platforms.
Cryptocurrency payments must be received in full within the payment window outlined in your invoice or order confirmation. Once a blockchain transaction is initiated and confirmed, it is final and non-reversible. You understand that Revelation Gold Group cannot offer refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations for completed crypto payments under any circumstances.
You affirm that you are the rightful owner of the sending wallet and that the transaction is being made voluntarily and in accordance with your own discretion. Revelation Gold Group does not provide technical support for crypto wallets or third-party exchanges, and it is your responsibility to ensure that all wallet configurations and transaction details are correct.
All cryptocurrency payments are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) screening and other regulatory checks. Revelation Gold Group reserves the right to request identification, source-of-funds information, or additional verification before processing an order. We also reserve the right to decline or delay processing if any aspect of the transaction raises compliance concerns. Any suspicious activity may be reported to appropriate regulatory bodies as required by law.
By proceeding with a cryptocurrency payment, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full and accept the associated risks, responsibilities, and finality of the transaction.
